At FruityFlix, we are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please read our shipping policy below:

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and express shipping options to cater to your needs. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days for express shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages: FruityFlix is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
